All lease equipment shall be painted and maintained in a good state of appearance. The facilities shall have posted in a prominent place a metal sign no less than two (2) square feet in area upon which the following information shall be conspicuous:
A. Permittee's name;
B. Lease name;
C. Location of the drill site by reference to the United States survey;
D. Identifying number of the permit issued by the City. (1994 Code § 23.5-27)
