A. Enforcement Officials: The City Manager and his duly authorized representatives, including the Chief of the Fire Department, the Fire Marshal, the City Engineer, and the Building Official, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter, and shall have all of the power and authority granted by law to peace and Health Officers.
B. Right Of Entry: Enforcement personnel may enter the leased premises for any purpose pursuant to this chapter at all reasonable times to inspect same or to perform any duty imposed by this chapter. No person having an ownership interest in, or control of, the leased premises shall fail or neglect to permit prompt entry, after proper demand, to the site of the oil and gas operations.
