9-12-21: ELECTRICITY:
   A.   Design; Lines Underground: The electricity system shall be designed to provide adequate capacity to supply the connected load without exceeding the current carrying capacity of the connectors. All electrical lines shall be placed underground, except for higher voltage lines, as determined by the public utility.
   B.   Facilities Provided: The permittee shall provide electricity supply facilities for and to each mobile home with readily accessible means of disconnecting the same, and shall provide a grounding type supply receptacle with appropriate fuses or circuit breakers for each mobile home.
   C.   Proper Disconnection Before Moving Mobile Home: Before a mobile home is moved, adequate arrangements shall be made to assure that both electrical supply and ground connections are properly disconnected.
   D.   Compliance With Regulations: All electrical work, alterations and repairs shall be made in accordance with applicable ordinances and regulations. (1994 Code § 19-41)
