An operator who has been denied a permit may make application for relief from portions of this chapter or from the special events committee's recommendation to the city manager. Such appeal must be made at least ten (10) working days before the date of the special event and only after all issues relevant to the permit process have been determined. Upon receipt of the appeal, the city manager will have up to ten (10) working days to determine whether relief should be granted. (Ord. 2016-15, 7-7-2016)
