8-6-6: DUTIES OF FRANCHISEE:
In addition to the duty to collect and distribute the fees as provided in section 8-6-3 of this chapter, franchisee shall provide a yearly written report to the city accounting for all volumes of gas transported or distributed through its distribution system within the corporate limits of the city on behalf of all licensees.
