(A) Meetings. The Board shall hold a meeting quarterly and the Board shall at its first meeting determine the schedule of meetings. These meetings commission shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, see 25 O.S. §§ 301 et seq., and other relevant state laws. The General Manager shall assign a staff member of the EPTA to be the staff liaison member to the Board and prepare the agendas and take minutes.
(B) Responsibilities. The Advisory Board will:
(1) Review the statistics on the number of older Americans utilizing the transportation services of the EPTA and the category of the rides provided;
(2) Provide input on the EPTA registration process and the forms used;
(3) Review the satisfaction surveys of older Americans utilizing the EPTA transportation services; and
(4) Give input to the General Manager as to the transportation needs of older Americans, particularly those that are low income, in the greatest social and economic need and have disabilities or medical conditions that could negatively impact their mobility and contribute to their insolation.
