§ 7-13-6 DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. HOLIDAY COMMISSION ACCOUNT.
   Consistent with this chapter, a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Commission account shall be established. Donations from the public and local organizations shall be deposited in the account to fund the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. scholarship, student prizes and other expenses as referenced in § 7-13-5(B).
