§ 7-13-1 COMMISSION CREATED.
   The Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Commission shall have 11 members. Its members shall be appointed by the City Council and be comprised of the following:
   (A)   A member of the City Council;
   (B)   A member from Vance Air Force Base; and
   (C)   Nine at large members.
