(A) During the term of this permit, the cable operator shall provide to the City, two dedicated, noncommercial access channels for use by the City, and one dedicated, noncommercial access channel for use by educational institutions within the City through the cable operator’s cable system so long as the City and the educational institutions designated by the City provide any educational or governmental programming content in a format compatible with the cable operator’s technology.
(B) The City and the educational institutions designated by the City shall provide this programming, and the cable operator shall receive this programming, at the cable operator’s signal origination point.
(C) The City and the educational institutions designated by the City shall be solely and individually responsible for their own programming content.
