§ 7-9I-12 COMPLIANCE AND MONITORING.
   The cable operator agrees that the City may review such of the cable operator’s books and records, during normal business hours and on a nondisruptive basis, as are reasonably necessary to monitor compliance with the financial and standards of service terms hereof. Such records include, but are not limited to, any public records required to be kept by the cable operator pursuant to the rules and regulations of the FCC. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the cable operator shall not be required to disclose information which it reasonably deems to be proprietary or confidential in nature. The City agrees to treat any proprietary or confidential information, if identified as such by the cable operator prior to receipt, as confidential, to the extent not prohibited by law, and to disclose it only to employees, representatives and agents of the City that have a need to know, or in order to enforce the provisions hereof.
