The permit granted pursuant to this article shall be for a term of ten years from the passed and adopted date of the permit unless otherwise lawfully terminated in accordance with the terms of this article. The cable operator shall accept the permit granted pursuant hereto by accepting and executing said permit acceptance and filing same with the City Clerk within 60 days after the granting of the permit.
