§ 7-9H-16 PREEMPTION.
   If the FCC or any other federal or state agency exercises exclusive jurisdiction over the subject matter of the permit, to the extent such jurisdiction preempts or supersedes the permitting jurisdiction of the City, said jurisdiction of the City shall cease.
