§ 7-9H-15 EMERGENCY ALERT.

The cable operator shall comply with the federal emergency alert system regulations pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 11 or any other federal emergency system regulations that apply to the cable operator in the future with which the cable operator is required to comply under applicable federal law.
