8-2-12: CITY'S RIGHT TO SHUT OFF WATER:
The city reserves the right at any time, without notice, to shut off the water supply for repair, extension, or any other reason other than nonpayment of bill, and shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the interruption of water service 1 . (1994 Code § 34-32; amd. 2003 Code)
