8-1-9: CUMULATIVE AND SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall be supplemental to all ordinances of the city, and the provisions hereof shall be cumulative to all other remedies provided by law or ordinance for the collection of unpaid utility bills. (1994 Code § 34-198)
