8-1-5: DUE DATE AND PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT:
Utility bills shall be rendered monthly by the city, and all bills shall be due and payable according to the stated due date listed on the bill. If any bill is not paid within ten (10) days of the date thereof, a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the bill shall be added thereto. (1994 Code § 34-193)
