8-1-4: JOINT BILLING:
The monthly charges to any premises for utility services shall be billed monthly on a single bill or statement to each owner or occupant liable therefor; provided, however, that such bill or statement shall separately state the charges for each utility service rendered to the premises. (1994 Code § 34-192)
