(A) Sight distance. No street tree shall be allowed to create a “sight distance restriction”, as defined in the City’s traffic control policies, of uncontrolled intersections within the City.
(B) Obstructing hydrants. All fireplugs within the City shall be free from any and all obstructions which render them inaccessible to fire protection equipment and personnel.
