§ 7-7-4 PLANTING, DISTANCE FROM CURB AND SIDEWALK.

   Street trees may not be planted closer than four feet from any street curb without approval from the City Engineer, nor shall any trees be planted closer than eight feet from the street curb of major arterials without approval of the City Engineer. For the purpose of this section, the EDGE OF THE PAVED PORTION OF A STREET shall be defined as the street curb.
