§ 7-3-10 DOMESTIC WATERFOWL.
   (A)   Prohibition. It shall be unlawful to release domestic waterfowl on any city property.
   (B)   Violation. A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine, or fee in lieu of fine, in the amount of $100 plus court costs and fees.
