§ 7-3-9 CITY WATERWORKS.
   Persons shall be permitted to operate a boat at the city operated reservation located at the city service center, but only for the purpose of testing boats and motors. The operation of such boats at the city operated reservation located at the city service center shall be governed by the laws of the state.
