(A) Swimming and bathing. No person shall swim or bathe in any of the waters of any city operated reservation.
(B) Wading. No person shall wade in any city operated reservation unless it is incidental to a lawful boat launching or boat retrieval.
(C) Scuba diving. No person shall engage in any skin or scuba diving in any city operated reservation, except with the express permission of the City or during an emergency situation or salvage operation.
(D) Ice skating, sledding. No person shall ice skate or sled on or over any of the waters of any city operated reservation.
