7-3-10: DOMESTIC WATERFOWL:
   A.   Prohibition: It shall be unlawful to release domestic waterfowl on any city property.
   B.   Violation: A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine, or fee in lieu of fine, in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00), plus court costs and fees. (Ord. 2011-03, 3-1-2011)
