7-1-3: SNOW AND DEBRIS REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS:
Any person in possession of, or the occupant of, any building or lot shall, within twelve (12) hours after a snow has fallen, remove all snow from the sidewalks along the front and sides of said premises or building. Such person shall also keep the sidewalk clean and free of rubbish, trash and debris. (1994 Code § 30-3)
