6-12-10: PAYMENT OF REMOVAL COSTS AND STORAGE:
The owner of a motor vehicle which is in violation of this chapter or the owner of any vehicle which shall have been lawfully removed from any highway or other public property may regain possession of the vehicle upon payment of the reasonable cost of removal and storage of such vehicle. (1994 Code § 20-116)
