6-6-16: PERMITTED PARKING LOTS; DISPLAY OF PERMIT:
In lots that are identified as permitted parking lots with appropriate signage, no person shall park or stand a vehicle within the lot without having a valid permit displayed for the vehicle so parked. (1994 Code § 20-277)
