5-3-10: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter, will be guilty of an offense punishable by a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus costs. (Ord. 2018-14, 5-22-2018)
