The owner of any vehicle so removed may regain possession thereof by contacting the wrecker company within thirty (30) days from its removal and upon payment to the wrecker company of all reasonable costs of removal and storage which shall have accrued to such vehicle. If the vehicle is not reclaimed within thirty (30) days, it may be sold without further notice by the licensed wrecker. (Ord. 2007-05, 3-20-2007)
