4-6-5: APPEAL:
An appeal to the mayor and board of commissioners may be taken by any person aggrieved by the planning administrator's decision by filing a written request with the city clerk within ten (10) days of the hearing before the Planning Administration. (Ord. 2007-05, 3-20-2007)
