A. The city shall give notice of violation by issuing a notice in person or by registered mail to the owner of any inoperable motor vehicle and/or to the owner of the real property where the vehicle is located.
B. The owner shall have the right to a hearing before the planning administrator or his designee from any notice to remove any inoperable motor vehicle. Such right can be exercised by filing a written request for a hearing with the city clerk within ten (10) days of receiving the notice. (Ord. 2007-05, 3-20-2007)
