4-6-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings as ascribed to them in this section:
INOPERABLE MOTOR VEHICLE: A vehicle which cannot be driven upon public streets for reasons including, but not limited to, being unlicensed, wrecked, abandoned, in a state of disrepair, or incapable of being moved under its own power and shall include bodies, engine, transmissions, frames, rear ends and parts.
PERSON: Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
PRIVATE PROPERTY: Any real property in the city of Enid which is not public property.
PUBLIC PROPERTY: Any property owned or controlled in the city limits by the city of Enid, Garfield County, the state of Oklahoma or United States government, and shall include all streets, alleys and highways. (Ord. 2007-05, 3-20-2007)
