A. Buildings Where Foodstuffs Are Stored: No person shall occupy any business building wherein foodstuffs are to be stored, kept, handled, sold, held or offered for sale unless he complies with the provisions of this chapter; and no license or permit to conduct such business will be issued where the building is not in compliance.
B. Animal Feed: All food and feed for animals or poultry shall be stored in rat free and ratproof containers, compartments, rooms or buildings. (1994 Code §§ 14-27, 14-28)
