4-2-2: MAINTAINING BUILDINGS IN RATPROOF CONDITION:
   A.   Required: All business buildings shall be ratproofed, freed of rats and maintained in a ratproof and rat free condition.
   B.   Maintenance: The owners of all ratproofed business buildings shall maintain the premises in a ratproof condition and shall repair all breaks or leaks that may occur in the ratproofing. (1994 Code §§ 14-22, 14-23)
