4-1-3: POLLUTION OF WATER:
No person shall place in or about the reservoirs of the city any material or substance that will in any manner pollute the water in said reservoirs, or place on the ground belonging to the water system, or adjacent thereto, anything that will in any manner affect the water in the reservoirs. (1994 Code § 14-5)
