A. County Health Officer, Department: The medical director of the county health department is hereby designated as health officer of the city and the county health department is hereby designated as the health department for the city 1 .
B. Enforcement Of Health Ordinances: The county health department and the county medical director shall have authority to enforce the ordinances relating to public health. (1994 Code §§ 14-1, 14-2)
