3-16-4: REMOVAL OF DEBRIS; FILLING EXCAVATIONS:
An arborist shall remove from the premises all limbs, trees and debris cut or caused by him, and he shall fill all excavations made by him and level the ground in public places. (Ord. 2004-19, 5-18-2004)
