3-15-1: DEFINITIONS:

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

CHILDCARE CENTER: Shall have the meaning assigned to it by the city zoning ordinance, section 11-1-7 of this code.

CONVALESCENT, REST OR NURSING HOME: Shall have the meaning assigned to it by the city zoning ordinance. See definition of "medical facilities" in section 11-1-7 of this code. (1994 Code § 14-46)
