3-14-1: DEFINITION:
For the purposes of this chapter, "a garage and home sale" shall mean a sale of five (5) or more items of used clothing, furniture, home appliances and merchandise generally used in a home, which has been used by the person offering the same for sale. (1994 Code § 33-36)
