3-12-2: REGULATORY FEE REQUIRED:
No person shall carry on the business of pawnbroker, secondhand dealer or scrap metal dealer without first having paid an annual regulatory fee provided for in section 2-6B-10 of this code. (Ord. 2013-63, 12-17-2013)
