3-11-12: RIGHT TO APPEAL CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION DENIAL/REVOCATION:
Any person denied a certificate of registration, or a person who has received notice of revocation, may appeal to the mayor and board of commissioners by filing notice thereof with the city clerk within five (5) days of the denial. The mayor and board of commissioners shall render a decision at a regular meeting held within thirty (30) days of receipt of appeal. (Ord. 2013-36, 8-6-2013)
