If an operator determines that termination of service is necessary, the operator shall give ninety (90) days' written notice to the city clerk and shall be required to continue to furnish the service authorized by the license until:
A. All prepaid ambulance service contracts have expired; or
B. The operator shows proof to the city clerk that a pro rata part of the premium for prepaid ambulance service contracts has been returned to the customer(s). (Ord. 2015-06, 2-3-2015)
