Each operator shall maintain a central place of business within the city limits of Enid, at which place he shall provide a properly listed telephone for receiving all calls for ambulance service. Every operator shall keep on file with the city of Enid the business address and telephone number where the operator may be reached at all times. The operator shall keep the business records and daily manifests required by this chapter at the central place of business where all such records and manifests shall be readily accessible for examination by the finance department, the mayor and board of commissioners, or their authorized agents.
A. Daily Manifests: Every operator shall retain and preserve all daily manifests for at least six (6) months.
B. Business Records: Every operator shall keep accurate records of receipts from operations, and such other operating information as may be required by the mayor and board of commissioners. (Ord. 2015-06, 2-3-2015)
