3-8-9: USE OF EMERGENCY WARNING DEVICES:
   A.   Use Of Red Lights And Siren: An ambulance may respond, after receiving a call from a private citizen, or from the city, state or county dispatcher, to a call using red lights and siren.
   B.   Emergencies: After an ambulance has responded to a call and arrived at the point of pick up, no ambulance shall proceed to the hospital or other destination with the use of such emergency warning equipment, except in the case of emergency. (Ord. 2015-06, 2-3-2015)
