There is hereby levied a ramp fee, as provided in subsection 2-6C-1C of this Code, for every jet that lands at the airport and uses Woodring amenities but does not purchase at least seventy-five (75) gallons of jet fuel from the airport. The charge shall be paid prior to the jet’s departure, and if not paid prior to departure, a penalty fee as provided in subsection 2-6C-1C of this Code shall be added. (Ord. 2022-24, 11-15-2022)
