6-14-6: TRAFFIC LAWS APPLY:

Every person riding an electric scooter upon a roadway shall be granted the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to a driver of a vehicle, unless excepted by this Chapter or by state law. (Ord. 2021-02, 3-16-2021)
