6-14-5: EXCEPTIONS:

A. An electric scooter is not required to be registered by the state.

B. The operator of an electric scooter is not required to possess a driver's license or to comply with the vehicle insurance or financial responsibility laws of the state. (Ord. 2021-02, 3-16-2021)
