A. Electric scooters may be parked in bicycle racks, designated electric scooter locations, parking spots for motorcycles, or on private property for which the rider has permission from the owner.
B. Electric scooters shall not be left in the right of way for longer than twenty-four (24) hours and if left in the right of way the location must not be in the roadway or on a sidewalk.
C. Rented electric scooters shall be picked up for maintenance, service, charging and relocation within thirty-six (36) hours of the completion of their use by the rental company or its agents. (Ord. 2021-02, 3-16-2021)
