6-14-1: RESTRICTION ON USE OF ELECTRIC SCOOTERS:

No person shall operate an electric scooter on any roadway with a posted speed limit of greater than twenty-five (25) miles per hour. Electric scooters must be equipped with lights to be operated on roads. (Ord. 2021-02, 3-16-2021)
