A. Mayor And Board Of Commissioners; Due Process Hearing: After a hearing affording due process, the mayor and board of commissioners may revoke or suspend any business license or permit issued pursuant to ordinance if its holder has violated any ordinance or state law having a reasonable relationship to his fitness to conduct the business.
B. Chief Of Police: The chief of police, after a hearing affording due process, may suspend such a license or permit for a period of time not to exceed thirty (30) days if its holder has violated any ordinance or state law having a reasonable relationship to his fitness to conduct business.
C. Supplemental Provisions: The provisions of this section shall be supplemental to all other ordinances. (1994 Code § 16-5)
