2-6F-12: FILLING LAND, RAISING GRADE; EXCAVATION OR FILL PERMIT:
The fee required in section 10-2-1 of this code shall be one dollar ($1.00) per one hundred (100) cubic yards of fill or excavation, but not less than five dollars ($5.00). (1994 Code § 11.5-47)
